Accessibility Statement

Statement pursuant to § 14 of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) – valid from 28 June 2025

The technical assessment is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level AA and the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.

This statement applies to the electronic services offered under the main offering and directed at consumers.

1. Scope

This statement applies to the following digital offerings of GreenPlanVision:

  • The website greenplanvision.com and its alias domain greenplanvision.de
  • All publicly accessible subpages under the named domains

2. Status of compliance with the requirements

The offerings named are partially compliant with the requirements of WCAG 2.1 Level AA and EN 301 549. „Partially compliant“ means that most requirements are fully met, but individual content or embedded third-party components are not yet compliant in all respects.

3. Non-accessible content

The content listed below is currently not, or not fully, accessible for the reasons stated:

  • Cal.com booking widget: The third-party service embedded for appointment booking cannot consistently support keyboard or screen-reader operation to WCAG 2.1 AA in individual controls (date picker, time-slot selection). As an alternative, contact by e-mail (bmp@greenplanvision.com) is available.
  • Embedded PDF documents: Individual older documents (e.g. whitepapers, earlier audit reports) are not fully tagged and can therefore be read only to a limited extent by screen readers.
  • Decorative graphics & complex diagrams: In isolated cases, detailed long descriptions are missing for complex energy-industry diagrams (e.g. BESS architectures).

These points are being remedied step by step as part of ongoing development. If content is not accessible to you, please use the feedback channel named in Section 5 – we will make the information available in an accessible form (e.g. by e-mail or telephone).

4. Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 19 May 2026.

The assessment is based on a self-assessment by GreenPlanVision on the basis of WCAG 2.1 Level AA and EN 301 549. Among others, the following were used:

  • Google Lighthouse (accessibility audit)
  • axe DevTools (Deque Systems) for automated testing
  • Manual keyboard navigation and screen-reader spot checks (NVDA, VoiceOver)
  • Checking of colour contrasts in accordance with WCAG SC 1.4.3 (at least 4.5:1 for body text)

The statement is reviewed and updated at least once a year.
