Case 1 · Private Energy Supplier
Utility setup at a private mid-size energy supplier
- Situation
- Private mid-size company without an in-house electricity supply function. Goal: serve existing customers, group subsidiaries and open new growth areas.
- GPV Delivery
- 13-phase support: GmbH formation, BNetzA notification, balancing group contract, GPKE/MaBiS certification through go-live.
- Outcome
- BNetzA notification legally complete in 14 weeks, first customer in month 5.
Case 2 · BESS Cluster
BESS cluster for distributed industrial and multi-site operations
- Situation
- Private mid-size company with 8 distributed sites. Individual sites too small for stand-alone FCR marketing (1 MW minimum lot).
- GPV Delivery
- From 100 kW per site, aggregated into a virtual 1.2+ MW cluster via central EMS and pool aggregator.
- Outcome
- Cluster successfully placed in the FCR market. Blended yield ~EUR 80/MWh + per-site peak shaving. § 7g EStG used per site separately.
